Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or customized items.
Items marked as final sale.
Perishable goods (such as food items).
Intimate or sanitary goods (such as underwear or swimsuits).
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@https://www.vargasperlaza.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the RMA number prominently on the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds:

Refund Eligibility:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
